The 4.5 hours face to face Mental Health First Aid Conversations about Non-Suicidal Self-Injury course is for any interested adult.

You will learn how to assist a person who is engaging in self-injury.

This course is based on guidelines developed through the expert consensus of people with lived experience of mental health problems and professionals.

Mental Health First Aid courses are delivered across the whole Country to any adult over the age of 18 who resides in Australia.
