About Caroline

Caroline first started presenting a variety of different types of training programs internationally at the tender age of 14 - that is over 40 years of experience!

Caroline has had the honour to have lived and worked in six different countries! Therefore, she is in a somewhat unique position as she has an extensive range of experiences working with people from all walks of life both in Australia and overseas.

Caroline has had many roles including working with clients who have mental health &/or physical health issues. She has also worked with a wide age range from very young children to seniors and her Working With Children and Police checks are both current.

Caroline has delivered the Mental Health First Aid courses to over 2,000 participants and is a Principal Master Instructor. She is also very passionate about Suicide education, prevention and intervention which are clearly demonstrated in the CALM CARE and CALM Courses. In addition, the Accidental Counsellor course arms participants with practical skills to talk to someone going through a difficult time, having relationship issues or generally not coping with life.

Eliminating bullying is also a topic close to Caroline’s heart which is why she has joined Dolly’s Dream in order to facilitate their workshops to children and adults.  She is also in the process of becoming accredited to deliver the Resilience First Aid  and other Resilience Courses which she intends to make available to her clients and the public in April 2024.

Caroline is able to deliver courses face to face as well as online across the entire country as well as around the World. Please feel free to call or drop her a line as she is looking forward to working with you soon.
