This 4-hour CALM Care program teaches you how to be suicide aware. Learn how to recognise when someone may be thinking about ending their life.
This course will help you recognise the subtle warning signs, how to approach the person with suicidal ideology, make a connection, and know what to say. It will equip you to have the confidence to step up when someone is in crisis.
This course can be delivered Face to Face or via Zoom.
