In addition, Caroline is a Mental Health First Aid® (MHFA™ Australia) Principal Master Instructor who has trained thousands of participants. She is able to offer a suite of early-intervention courses that increase mental health literacy and teach the practical skills needed to support someone experiencing a mental health problem; experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem; or in a mental health crisis until the appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves itself. Since the changes that MHFA Aus made to their website and systems in November 2023, it has been harder and harder to fill face to face public courses. New inexperienced instructors are also being trained every single week by MHFA Aus, therefore the competition also increases substantially. The cost for room hire and catering have also risen. After 8 years of running public face to face courses, Caroline made the very difficult decision to cease delivering MHFA Courses to the public in this format effective 1 January 2025. She continues to offer online public blended courses and private in-house F2F/blended bookings.
As of 2 February 2026, MHFA will be mandating a participant fee of $22.00pp with NO OPT OUT option. This fee is being imposed on ALL participants regardless of the course undertaken and applies to ALL instructors. THIS FEE DOES NOT GO TO THE INSTRUCTOR. They are however required to collect the fee on MHFA’s behalf. MHFA plan to launch a new resource platform for participants in the middle of 2026 but no confirmed release date has been provided. At this stage no instructors are aware of what that content will be. Please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. The PR6 (Predictive 6 Factor Resilience) assessment, a neuroscience-based tool that measures and builds resilience across six core domains for individuals and businesses.
These workshops are tailored specifically to your business requirements.
The PR6 coupled with the JSECC (Job Satisfaction, Engagement, Co-worker Connection Quality, and Work Context) survey, the PR6+JSECC assessment provides a holistic view of employee well-being and workplace psychosocial hazards.
